Loved Maskell in Kill List. I hoped that Bull was going to be more of the same and, in a way, it kinda was. The older grimy, ultra violent British gangster films of the late 90’s and early 2000’s have become really Guy Ritchie-fied over the years and while I appreciate those films, it was nice to see a throwback like Bull come along.

Would’ve given it a solid 3, but the last five minutes were so bonkers that it made me roll my eyes a little too much. I mean, given what we, the viewer, were privy to in the film, it makes some kind of sense I suppose? But, still, the twist was so out of left field for me, it took an otherwise great film and took it down a notch.
